How did on-resort COVID testing go for folks? I’m especially curious how quickly results come back and whether they give you some say on when you take the test within the relevant testing window.
You will get a letter in your villa (unless you DND) for testing 3 days prior to departure. 2 days prior to departure you will test at the clinic between 09:00am and 01:00pm. The results are shipped in the morning the following day, processed in the afternoon, with results available in the evening. I did mine over the weekdays, so timeline might vary on the weekend.

Info: Name, Gender, DOB, Age, Passport Number, Nationality, Specimen (Oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal swab), type of test (RT-PCR) specimen collected, specimen completed, the processing lab tech.

Some countries like Japan want a stamp on their template form too, so if needed you can go to the front desk for a stamp. Specimen collected date and time seems like “don’t ask don’t tell
” in your favor. It’s also printed on the vile when you test.
