I use the paper masks all day at work. I have them on for about 6 hours a day (except for lunch and breaks). I change them every few days. I find them as comfortable as any of the cloth masks I've tried. I teach, so I am lecturing and speaking loudly with a mask on, so its important to find one that fits and stays on while you talk.

I find the paper masks pretty comfortable, and they don't come off my nose while I am talking. I hated constantly tugging at my cloth mask all day. As for their effectiveness, I am trusting them and the vaccine as none of the students in my classroom are masked and most aren't vaccinated, and several have already tested positive. I figure the mask has already effectively protected me.

I took a couple trans continental flights this summer with the paper mask and found it very comfortable. But I am also used to them. Just make sure the blue side is on the outside.
