I've stayed at the AC Biltmore. It's not the Phoenician, but it's nice enough, with a pleasant lobby and rear patio area. Rooms are generic AC. The rooms on Camelback get some traffic noise. You're right across from Biltmore Fashion Park and it's pretty central. I'd rather be there than anywhere near the airport, that's for sure. There are a ton of 25k options in the Phoenix area, most of them limited service.
