Note that Concur is just a booking platform that your employers chosen travel agent will populate with hotels along with negotiated rates. A recent change to our corporate travel agent has resulted in a number of ‘special’ rates which do not benefit from status perks and are via hotels.com and similar sites all booked via Concur.
I think k it varies from corporate agent to agent. We have a travel fair where suppliers come to our offices and the Hilton rep asked why I didn’t stay and said lack of points snd benefits and was told Hilton always gave points and benefits on our corpora booking.
I use IHG mostly for my leisure travel and through BAH and I always give my number to the property. I’ve always got welcome drinks on arrival and late check out and room upgrades where possible but never points or nights credit when booking through BAH.
