COVID horror in KTW - all food (cold and hot) is self service, all booze self pour. The lounge (generic Airport Authorities-operated) is brand new (and really nice) and is located in a brand new terminal. It was fairly packed mostly with PP customers. Overall: kudos to KTW Airport!
