Can you tell me more on this, did you email them asking for it?
They regularly have offers on the IHG website for this hotel, to find the rates you can either try a dummy booking, once you have selected your room: look at all of the rates suggested, their website have some offers that don't always appear when you do a standard search:

You could try reaching out to them directly, they have been really reactive to my emails pre-arrival
The rates were amazing when I was looking in April, I was comparing these offers that seemed to be widely available (all prices in GBP including tax++):
- Book Now Pay Later with no extras = £500 per night
- Best Available Rate = £900 per night
- Romantic Escape (including 1 dinner, 1 massage for 2, transfers and 1 bottle champagne), 4 night min stay = £3070 (I estimated the benefits at £1400, bringing the nightly cost to £360)
- Full Board with Return transfer (3 course lunch and dinner included daily, transfers included), 4 night min stay = £3200 (I estimated the benefits at £2100, bringing the nightly cost to £260)
- Not sure of the name of the rate (in essence book 5 nights get transfers half price), 5 night min stay = £2500 (I estimated the benefits at £500, bringing the nightly cost to £400)
