You have an issue with an older lady asking (I assume nicely) for you to change something that makes her uncomfortable? We need to get FA's involved? Personally I think that was totally appropriate and I would have no problem with it.
I personally would have declined the lady’s request. She shouldn’t be watching my screen anyway.
