Yeah I called the US English office 16 times and being hung up on 16 times (never spoke to a person) and the US Spanish line 4 times I got through to 2 Spanish reps. Problem is they told me my Spanish was bad (I think) which it is, but I think I should have gotten the point across... I guess not... Instead I called the Mexico English office--within ~20min they had the ticket cancelled. Now I just need to decide if I should book another ticket fully on IB/AY #s... hmmmm
