I would double check if it is actually adults only if that is important to you. We stayed at an adults only resort that was allowing children to maximise how many guests they could take. The children were very well behaved though so we didn't mind! Going during school holidays didn't bother me. The main piece of advice I would have would be to book any tours you want to do privately, because any group tours will be packed.

I have another Rarotonga trip booked for next year in case it remains our only destination... Fingers crossed other countries open up by then though!
