Problems uploading to TrustAssureF/lyReady (Delta)

Did a search but may have missed an answer in some of the threads with hundreds of responses…

First international trip this week. Booked a UK testing bundle via Delta’s suggested partner, Azova. Did the predeparture to UK test and attempted to upload to TrustAssure/FlyReady so I could do OLCI. Interestingly, when you go to the Trust Assure website, it recommends scheduling a test through other means other than Azova, but that’s a side topic…

No matter what combination I try, it either can’t verify my results, or it says it is having trouble uploading the file I selected. I’ve tried:
- uploading pdf from my laptop
- uploading a jpg of my pdf results from my laptop
- taking a screen capture of my results on my phone and trying to upload that via phone
- taking a picture of a printout of the pdf and trying to upload that from my phone.
- additionally, it seems to accept the first one or two upload attempts, but after that it continuously will say “issue with selected file to upload, don’t pick a file from the cloud,” which I’m not doing…

Anybody have similar experiences or tips on how to successfully upload? I know I still have to have the paper documents once I get to the airport, but I’d still like the option to be able to OLCI just to have the peace of mind that there is nothing wrong with my reservation that I’m not aware of so it can be fixed instead of finding out 2 hours before departure…
