Well, that's in the first 24 hours. I've purchased tickets from Chase and canceled within the initial 24 hours fr no fee -- as Chase advertised to me. Perhaps there are different policies for different Chase cards. Nevertheless, as far as the airlines are concerned these are revenue tickets.
