For Hyatt Place/Hyatt House equivalent I book Hilton Family products. Way more consistent than Marriott Family lesser products. (Maybe more consistent than Hyatt, but I crossed that loyalty bridge a long time ago).

For full serve I go Marriott. (Way too long ago to be a relevant data point, but I never bonded with Hilton full-serve). Starwood was better than Marriott full-serve, but merged with them. Somehow I came out of that merger with lifetime status (I can't quite make the math work, but I'll take it. I'm easily impressed with breakfast and club access).
