Whether or not you consider this to be howling at the moon or unnecessary complaining, one thing is for certain. These abysmal service levels that most airlines have descended to are well and truly here to stay unless you complain vociferously and, as you might say, kick ... about it. It's the only way you're ever going to get service back above a level that is now purely economy class from about 15-20 years ago, is by making a lot of noise about it. On the other hand, they can't fall any further, so the next step is ULCC service. Which apparently works
