Surprised at you guys giving OP heck - from March to maybe July, the temporary banner warnings was appropriate. At this point they’re all (not just Delta) trying to sell First as something it isn’t - it’s just a bigger seat and depending on the airline ok “free” bags and maybe two cocktails.

Rather than focusing on the legal aspect, it kinda shines a light on how much of the rest of the benefits are just fluff. Sure a 100 dollar wine is often better than a 10 dollar bottle, but it’s not 90 percent better (aka 90 dollars)
