I have done this recently a few times. You need to call 0344 493 0787 at 08:00 on the dot and progress through the options as fast as possible (options 1, 1, 1) to be sure to be the first calls the UK agents signing in take. Otherwise it's a long wait and possible cutoff after an hour.
