Deceptive Marketing / Advertising Fraud

Let me start by saying - I'm an easy going customer who doesn't complain much and goes with the flow. However, throughout the pandemic, Delta has made it clear that customer experience is no longer at the forefront of their business. Now, I know this may be a first world problem, but false advertising shouldn't be taken lightly in any business, yet alone a national fortune 500 company.

Delta's marketing for premium products, including Premium Select, Delta One, and First Class, are deceptive and not what's currently reflected in the air. Their website boasts countless false claims denoting service elements which simply don't exist. Initially, I like many others, gave the company grace - as the world was going through an unprecedented pandemic. But over a year and a half later, it is time to either: A. Return to advertised services, or B. Create accurate marketing to reflect true onboard services.

I'm sick of being promised a plated meal, with local ingredients, glasses, and silverware - and being given a "snack box." Quite honestly, this is False Advertising and could be reported as such to the FTC. There is absolutely no excuse for Delta to promote experiences and services that don't exist in order to sell a product. That is: ADVERTISING FRAUD.

Now, I'm not saying I will be making a claim to the FTC at this point, but I'm frustrated with Delta's lack of transparency regarding their deceptive marketing practices.
