Did Radisson change ownership or something happen to their points program? I also had the above similar login problems, and customer service over email was absolutely unhelpful. I had an account with like 150,000 points in it, and this was their reply to my question on how come my login (with my Radisson # provided) didn't work any more.

Is the suggestion from above to just make a phone call? I find that in the Radisson customer contact dropdown list, the US is not even shown. Is that a little odd?
