Was in terminal 2 today and both Singapore and Lufthansa lounges were open. They were requiring a negative COVID PCR for entry into the SQ lounge but when I asked they did not give clear answer as to whether they would deny entry if one had an antigen test. They said they were more focused on the provider who did the test. The lounge itself was quite busy and seemed fully functional other than showers were closed.
