Do you have a US phone number for them? Currently, myself and partner booked under separate reservation numbers and it lists us both in the same seat. LX just says "yes, you are both 12B, I can charge you for a seat assignment to something else" and have no way of contacting an agent with WK to just transfer me to them for seat assignments (which should be free for business class). I filled out the reservation form (both 12A and 12B were available even though it says 12B was occupied by both of us on LX and UA websites) and subsequently, 12A and 12B disappeared.

Just want to make sure that the seat assignment request is now actually linked to our PNRs.
