Joined queue of 71, taken an hour or so to get through.

'Agent' has only sent two messages in the past 15 mins, one to say they're reading the chatbot transcript and another to ask if anyone else is on the booking and the method of booking. Answered and not heard anything back for 10 minutes now.

Ridiculous. Will just call tomorrow instead.
