Struggling to get through on the phone to add the available return flights to the outbound booking I made recently using the Amex 2 for 1 voucher. Does anyone have any guidance of best number and options to follow to achieve this?

I always used to use the Newcastle number intended for contacting them from abroad, but that now seems to no longer be a working number.
