stimpy Actually, it was for me; I've never been in an AF lounge where there wasn't Champagne. Even in GRU and GIG where I traveled for years there was Champagne in otherwise very ordinary lounges. For a flagship lounge at Roissy it's not a good image.
I wasn't being sarcastic. It is shocking. I was in the same lounge a few weeks ago and there was a full set of drinks including Champagne. It must be a big management mistake to allow essential supplies to run out in, as you say, a flagship lounge.
