IHG Spire>Hertz Five Star match: Dead?
Several years ago a Spire Elite could do a status match to Hertz 5 Star. I had 5 Star thanks to that, but looking at my Hertz account now I'm just regular Gold. The website where you would enter the info no longer has the signup form (and it looks like an orphan page anyway) https://www.ihg.com/content/us/en/de.../hertz_earnapp

Does anyone know if this match offer is alive or dead, and if alive, how you sign up? Thanks.
