The bootlicking in this thread is amazing. Literally nobody can justify this evil and draconian change to the COC (which, itself, is telling, because the FT bootlicking contingent usually manages to find a way to justify anything any airline does), yet we get bootlicking responses like: 1) "AA won't usually/always adhere to this official written policy, so it's NBD" and 2) "some rogue guys in the legal department probably just changed some words for some legal mumbo jumbo reasons, so it's NBD." Simply amazing.
