here now for a couple of days.

so far saw the tennis court and entrance lobby under construction. not yet walk the entire property so maybe will find other things later.

can hear construction noise from room if you open the balcony doors. it is not loud, just white noise so not bothered. but if you are then better not come.

weather is great. not sure why Sep is low season but imho it is actually the perfect temperature to be in water, and once out of water, it is actually a little chilly. even in midday walking around town is not an issue with the sea breeze.

saw a tiny building/room where covid testing is done. guess that is where guests go if they want to get it done onsite ($30)

the water (pacific side) at the property is rough. you cannot really enter water there. it is a little scary to even look at it. can even hear how strong the waves are from room. cannot walk to Lover's or Divorcio Beach either unless you climb over rocks or very very low tide.

really like the complimentary minibar and fruits. very convenient in quenching thirst. the 4-6 pm salsa chips is also great.

breakfast is so-so. the continental option is a bunch of pastries, fresh fruits, yogurt, granola/cereal, cold cuts (but no bread). if you want eggs etc it is $9 extra. not sure if it is worth it based on what i saw others eating, but will probably try it one day

room is fine. have stayed better at similar price point..

if you have any questions I can try to find out
