I was onboard an N7 op flight yesterday. The FAs sat down behind me to discuss the upcoming changes. They seemed mostly content with the changes. Two things I memorised:
"I wonder how long these digital payment terminals will last? Aren't you supposed to disinfect after every pax?"
Not long. I have taken 2 flights with the "new and improved" drink service in September and both times the payment terminal did not work, so the poor FA-s were apologizing left and right...
But I did get my plat drink - and got the nasty looks, as there was only water and BB juice for everyone else.....
