My understanding is that I can cancel any flight and receive a "refundable voucher", and once I receive the voucher I can get a cash refund.

Anyone gone through the procedure and know how long it takes? It's now 9 days since I requested the voucher and it still has not been issued.

Also, once they do issue the voucher, any idea how long until the cash refund if I request a cash refund after receiving the voucher?
