One issue I did have I’ve mentioned on here before. The X-Ray staff spotted what what they thought were bullets in my carry-on. They searched the bag but couldn’t find anything. Eventually they called me over and asked could I account for the bullet like shapes in my bag. After a few seconds I realised they were my metal collar stifferners in my work shirts

Ha ha yes I had exactly the same problem at ICN one day. They showed me the X-ray and I was really worried as I didn't know what it could be but then they pulled all of the contents out and there were the metal collar stiffeners. I don't travel with those any more
