Food was fine service was fine but the seats is appalling and the lavs remain a big let down for BA, smelly and unpleasant.

Last year I flew Turkish from LGW and the seats were simply fantastic. A proper dedicated cabin and business class seat with a total of 16 in total. Free wifi and extensive IFE. It is a very impressive hard product.
