Usually agree but yesterday I was on a completely full flight and, even though it was just under 2 hours, we were VERY happy to have paid for CE simply for the dedicated WC, empty middle seat and fast exit from the plane. I do think if you can check ExpertFlyer etc. and see your flight is super busy then it's worth it.
