I felt well treated at Napa (no experience at Big Sur). Recognized for status at arrival, had used a TSU on points stay and got one of the best rooms in the house, and no issue with comped breakfast.

Other than an upgrade, not sure how Big Sur could really recognize status in any meanful way. Parking and meals are already included for all.
