not able to get through to BA this morning on the Gold line to arrange a refund. Gave up after hanging on for more than an hour. Tried the chat... went from 75 to 0 in about an hour.. chatting away, getting a refund sorted and then they disconnected. Now there's been "+99" in the queue for the last 45 mins. Useless.
