The only time I was booked on Club Suite was on a TLV-LHR flight in January 2020. The A350 switched to a 77W the day before the flight due to damage on the 350.
Likewise, I booked a flight to MAD in early 2020. Initially it was a 777. Then the day before departure at OLCI, it switched to an A350. On the day itself, a 777 turned up.

Same goes for a flight I booked to TLV. Was an A350 right up until OLCI, and then subbed for a 777.
