I am based in the UK, and this was a rental in DE. So option one is out sadly.

I have begun with option 2 this morning.

Option 3, I emailed Hertz UK and Hertz Germany, and the specific Hertz station I rented from, but with no luck - two weeks on, still no response.

Does anyone know of anything i Germany for option 4 that I could try?
