In terms of utility in Hawaii, would Explorist likely get us upgraded from the base rooms to Ocean View rooms in all three places? That would be completely worth it for us, as having a view is frankly much, much more important to us than having a suite or club access. For whatever it's worth, this is our honeymoon, so we could tell that to the front desk and hope they're nice to us as well if that might help. Of course, if there is a way to get upgraded to Ocean View rooms without Explorist while paying with points, I'm open to that too.
