Yes it seems so. My W flight last week was the same as June. In which case the W meals we had were plated well but were fundamentally the same as Y. VS 26 daylight from JFK had a warm pastry, fruit and yogurt followed by a choice of two hot entrees later in the flight with a single piece of cheese and crackers and a plastic pot desert. No salad etc. The only improvement was the return of PDBs.
