SIM cards purchased in Portugal will work in Denmark, yes. Calls and data, and there's no more roaming charges in all of the EU.
Unless something changed in 2019, there's no more roaming charges in all of the EU...except in Germany unless you are on Drei.
Is the landside vodafone booth near the exit charging the same prices I'll get at any vodafone, or is there an airport premium being charged?
