I don’t know I’d that means open loop or just using NFC with a card stored in a wallet similar to NFC loyalty implementations like Panera.
It would probably be like Clipper and TAP, which is fine as they work with express transit wonderfully.
On another note, I have tried Amazon One, the stupid palm scanning thing and it has failed miserably. I inserted my Apple Card and it was an unsupported card. I gave up. Amazon should just turn on NFC instead of this BS.
