Traveling in Q Suites next week (JFK-DOH-MLE) with a smaller rollaboard. It is 20" tall without handle and wheels, but if they are added in, it is 21". Other dimensions are fine. Potential carry-on issue? Comments above are several years old. Wanted to get fresh opinions.
