Curious for any DPs on trying to pay Citibank through the app (on iPhone). I’ve had no problem with Discover, and reluctant to pay Chase. But have paid Citi successfully in the past. Last several weeks though I automatically get a “transaction declined” before even getting to identity verification. So wondering if Citi just doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried two different Citi cards and have tried re-inputting the card number but no luck.
