Thanks for sharing this—always interesting to see how things are being handled in other parts of the country, even if it's something as "in the background" as gas station changes. I'm near Indianapolis, so Speedway has been here forever and it's weird seeing the Speedway "always fresh coffee sign" with the Shell sign because the mixing of those brands feels weird. On the other hand, as I mentioned in the past, a lot of our Circle K locations that sold Shell fuel dumped Shell entirely except for one location. The Circle Ks immediately got MSD contactless going on the pumps and it seems Shell has been trying to convert other brands over (a Philips 66 and a Marathon just became Shells near me, while an Admiral went unbranded, but now has Shell pumps and the LED price signs—no big sign).
It appears all the contactless support has gone along with the brand of gas being sold.
