Anyone got any experiences booking the 10 day Quarantine Hotel through the gov.uk/ctm website?
I put the application in 2 days back but the website did not give any reciept or accept that the form was in the system. Is this usual?
The helpline and ctm email are not helpful and have not confirmed if the booking is being processed.
The flight is scheduled for sept 13th how soon/late do they reply if the booking is confirmed?
