If you use the new "Dates Flexible" and "search by fare" options on AA.com, giving yourself a 30 day window, you'll see all kinds of fares available by AA between your originating and destination cities. Pick one of the fares and the site will show which dates the fare is eligible.
But that in no way insures that there isn't a slightly more expensive fare lurking out there that would give a more desirable Q-point to Q-mile ratio-- you have to call.
