The current rule is that you become PFL after being Platinum for 10 years.

1. you don't know for sure (even though it's very likely) that the 300XP/year + rollover XP rules will stay the same for the next 4 years
2. there is no indication that status and XP-maintaining measures will be kept for another year. I wouldn't count on it.

Long answer, it's likely (but far from certain) that you'll get PFL if you get another 428 XP.
It's unlikely that you'll get PFL by scoring 128 XP only.
