Yep, double checked all that. It is all in order. KTN is on reservation. Name on reservation matches Global entry profile etc.

As an update, I called CBP and they advised me this is an ongoing "issues/glitch" and that TSA is aware of the issue. CBP advised they are working on it but the only timeline they provided for resolution was by end of September. CBP advised me to talk to TSA at airport and show them Passport and Global Entry Card to try and get access to TSA precheck lane while the issue persists
