Ever since my renewal, my TSA Precheck has not been loading onto my boarding passes when I check in to flights. I have flown once since the renewal (2nd flight is tomorrow and precheck is not on my boarding pass when I checked in this morning) and I was not given pre-check. I spoke to the Delta counter prior to my first flight and they confirmed that my KTN seemed to be in order but could not figure out why Precheck wasn't on my boarding pass. Ultimately they told me that "precheck" isn't guaranteed and that I was in the unlucky 1% who was randomly chosen not to receive it for that flight. Now that this has occurred for a 2nd time, I believe something is wrong. I am called CBP this morning but was wondering if anyone has ever had similar issues after a renewal of Global Entry?
Have you checked your reservation itself making sure your KTN is in your reservation?
