And for the fourth time this week, my credit has been screwed up. This morning, the front desk checked me out but did not apply the credit despite my reminding them. Fortunately, I asked for a print out and saw it. But……they could not correct it so they refunded me $30 which irks me for two reasons, both of which are minor (such as it will take 7-10 days for the refund to hit my card) but in light of all the time I have had to spend on this over the past week (trips to the front desk every single morning and sometimes twice each day, waiting in line, fighting for the credit and giving up on it altogether one day because I just didn’t have the time to go back yet again), it really bugs me. So four stays in the past week, four days of wasting my time and a PITA because I had to make time every morning to wait at the front desk. Epic fail.
