Has anybody had any luck getting them to reissue the tickets reflecting 2 pieces (at 70# each). I am going through the same thing right now with UA and they reissued the tickets because of a flight schedule change but none of the agents can figure out how to get the system to post an "x" or "2" in the piece block - I tried on three separate ocassions.
