When you get a voucher (FTV or E-Voucher) BA will send you an email with the details.
Best thing to do is to search your emails - they come from:
[email protected]
if its an FTV, the title of the email will be:
Your British Airways Future Travel Voucher
if its an e-voucher it is:
Your British Airways eVoucher
This should provide you enough data points to search your email
