i have done it for LHR's T2 Plaza Premium arrival lounge, HKG's Plaza Premium arrival lounge, SIN T1-3 airside lounges (since all arriving at T1-3 get access to airside transit and lounges)

there are two restrictions you may face
1) lounge is airside, where you may not have access after arriving
2) lounge explicitly says that it only accepts passengers with departure boarding pass at airport, not arrival (it shows up on the PriorityPass website's lounge details)

(Plaza Premium, most of their lounges are no longer part of the Priority Pass program)
